A 16-year-old “aspiring rapper” and Crips gang-banger used record deal money to secure his release after shooting an NYPD cop. Camrin Williams, aka C Blu, reportedly shot himself in the groin while struggling with cops. The same round then struck a 27-year-old cop in the leg.

The good news is the cop has since been released from the hospital. The bad news? News reports don’t indicate that Mr. Williams castrated himself.

The shooting was one of four in recent days in the increasingly crime-ridden cesspool of New York. This despite the city’s onerous control regime, at least for the little people.

The increase in crime began to build after Warren Wilhelm, Jr. Bill de Blasio was elected mayor and really took off during the pandemic and following the George Floyd riots. That’s when de Blasio cut $1 billion from he police department’s budget and shut down the NYPD’s street crime unit.

Now that Manhattan’s new Soros-funded prosecutor Alvin Bragg has announced the decriminalization of a large portion of the city’s criminal code, violent crime is sure to continue.

The NY Post has the story:

The reputed teen gang member and budding rap star who allegedly accidentally shot an NYPD officer is using cash from a recent record deal to try to get himself out of jail, law-enforcement sources told The Post on Friday.

Camrin Williams, 16, recently inked a deal with Interscope Records, and his advance, worth several hundred thousand dollars, was used to secure a $200,000 bond from celebrity bondsman Ira Judelson, sources said.

Williams’ family was able to scrape together the $15,000 bail set by the court and then used the teens’ record deal to secure the bond with Judelson, sources said.

Imagine that: as the NYPD and residents of the nation’s largest city held a funeral for an officer killed in the line of duty, a young gang member illegally toting a gun who (allegedly) shot a cop is back on the streets.

Is it any wonder NYC is on a fast track back to “the bad old days?”

  1. Back the Blue, right? Except, it’s hard to decide who the hell the bad guys are in New York City. I know that Stop and Frisk is an oppressive, unconstitutional nonsense law that has no place in any civilized society. If I were subject to such a law, I would be running to lead an insurrection.

I also know that gun laws are racisssss in nature. Only cities with high populations of black people have draconian gun laws, because Democrats fear the blacks.

I wasn’t there, so I have almost no idea who was right, or who was wrong.

Except, ‘rap music’ is an offense to any civilized person’s ears. OFF WITH HIS HEAD!

      • *Why* are black Americans the Democrats’ most reliable voting bloc? What do they actually get from the people they vote for?

Pursue those questions, and you might start seeing what the Democratic party really thinks about that captive voting bloc.

        • Democrats are promising to pass civil rights legislation so black people can finally vote. Racist Republicans are standing in the way of progress. I know this because I watch the news and occasionally listen to NPR.

        • “What do they actually get from the people they vote for?”

Total entrenchment of beloved & eternal victim status.

    • Thug was 16, if you think a 16 year old gangbanger should have a gun then your part of the problem.

Also look up how the NYPD stop and frisk actually was done, hint, not as you think.

      • Doesn’t matter how I think it was done – it’s unconstitutional. We aren’t supposed to live in a police state like the USSR or the PRC.

        • Paul. NO it is NOT UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The courts have found repeatedly that the police have the right and duty of stop QUESTION and frisk if they are able to develop “probable cause” to believe that a crime is being or has been committed.

          Clearly you have no clue.

        • Police in general have been proven to reasonably believe a crime has been committed if the subject in question is black, particularly if the suspect is also guilty of being male. And that is and will remain unconstitutional. Regardless of the silliness. If there is probable cause it is not “stop and frisk” as applied in NYC, the whole idea of the process was a “workaround” to avoid necessity for probable cause and allow an obviously unconstitutional process approaching street justice by cops. It worked, apparently real well, doesn’t change the fact that it was unconstitutional. And yelling about it does not change that.

        • LarryInTX. Pure unadulterated Horse Pucky! When the police conduct a “stop, question and frisk”, they have observed a behavior which tends to lead them to believe that the conduct needs an explanation. It has nothing to do with the person’s skin pigmentation. The fact is that most crime is committed by people in the lower class of society. In that class there are Black, White and Hispanic people.

As I police officer, I had the opportunity to use “stop question and frisk on more than a few occasions. AGAIN note that I said “stop question and frisk.” I related one here. Should I repeat it again along with a few others?

      • “Thug was 16, if you think a 16 year old gangbanger should have a gun then your part of the problem“

Yep, there is nothing wrong with Kyle Rittenhouse having that weapon on the streets of Kenosha, right?

        Oh wait, this is different?

        • Miner49er That’s right. There was NOTHING wrong with Kyle Rittenhouse having an AR-15 to protect himself from your favorite thugs. We have been over this and over this time and again. The law did not forbid Rittenhouse from possession the AR nor carrying it for self protection.

          Keep up the lies.

  2. Yeah, shootin a cop automatically makes em a cult hero!! Best we can hope for is he won’t be able to breed now.

    • Since he has bail, now, I was wondering if the cops have access to a map of areas not covered by security cameras, if so da boi probly shud stay indoors forever, dey may be boolits flyin’ ’round out there! Ya could get hurt!

  3. Even if he won’t the bad news is that he probably has brothers from other mothers ready to carry on the deed.

  4. How dare the Soros bought/paid for DA required that he post bail. Po misunderstood ute had to use all his college tuition money to pay da man.

  5. He’d be in more trouble if he tweeted something about there being two sexes. Or maybe not since rap music and those of a certain melanin concentration can still get away with anything deemed -ist and -phobic because “culture.” Either way just more 14 committing 50.

Society’s priorities are perfectly in order.

  6. Is his baby mama likely to benefit financially from his record deal, and from whatever musical (/sarc) career he might have remaining before he is shot dead? If such is the case, she couldn’t be MORE proud. She could only be even MORE proud if the cop had shot him dead, considering the huge financial settlement that would be bestowed upon her by the city fathers.

You must remember that, when he is not rapping, and shooting himself and a cop ‘accidentally’, he is surely attending night school, tithing to the church, walking elderly people across busy streets, and building Habitats For Humanity in his meagre spare time.

  7. quote—————–The good news is the cop has since been released from the hospital. The bad news? News reports don’t indicate that Mr. Williams castrated himself.———-quote

So let me understand this correctly. There was a firearms accident and and Herr Hauptman Boch is calling for the castration of a young black singer. What will he call for next? Gas chambers for all black people who have an accident with a loaded gun? I am sure Boch would never call for this for a white person who had an accident with a gun.

The article also accuses Williams of being “a gang banger” but gives no proof he actually belongs to any gang. And it is not against the law to associate with people even if they belong to a gang.

I find it interesting that Boch has never had a positive post on Black Americans contributions to the U.S. here on T Tag. If as the Far Right claim guns save thousands of lives each year, why is there never any posts on Black people with guns saving lives???

quote—————–Imagine that: as the NYPD and residents of the nation’s largest city held a funeral for an officer killed in the line of duty, a young gang member illegally toting a gun who (allegedly) shot a cop is back on the streets.———–quote

I find it further interesting that here on T Tag that when a White Person gets caught carrying a gun they all scream “Its his Constitutional Right to carry a gun law or no law” but when a Black person does the exact same thing its insinuated he is carrying a gun because he is an automatic criminal out to rape, rob and kill.

We do not know why Williams was carrying a gun but being a rap star just maybe he thought he had the right to protect himself when out on the street but hey Black People are not supposed to have that right its only reserved for white people according to the Far Right because its part of traditional white privilege.

    • What we need are gas chambers and crematoria for the mentally deranged. Dacian, why don’t you have a seat right there beside C Blu – that’s a good boy, now just sit tight, and we’ll be back to get all of you in a little while!

      • “What we need are gas chambers and crematoria for the mentally deranged“

What a wonderful historical reference you’ve chosen to employ, your ‘final solution’ is reminiscent of the fascist regime of Adolf Hitler, ‘useless eaters’ and ‘life unworthy of life’, eh?

People like you are exactly why good honest citizens should exercise their right of firearms ownership.

    • dacian the Dunderhead, Wrong again, He said that it was a shame that the “aspiring rap artist” criminal did not castrate himself. I second that emotion. “Accident”? This criminal should not have had a gun to begin with.

As to this little POS being a gang banger, I am sure that the information is correct as the little punk was in possession of a firearm that he was not supposed to have. For your edification, NYC has the most STRINGENT firearms laws in the US.

At to when a White man gets caught with an ILLEGAL Firearm we do not scream any such nonsense that he is allowed to have a gun. We don’t give a rat’s behind about pigmentation. That is your racist thing. Under NYS law and Federal law he by his age is prohibited from having a pistol or handgun of any kind.

Keep trying dacian the Dunderhead, Eventually you will get something right.

    • Dackie Boy please DO try to read for comprehensioni. NO one was suggsting the dumb kid SHOULD be castrated, only mentioning that he COULD have easily neutrerd himself by his own carelessly placed gunshot.
Find a dictionary and find out what “groin” means. Then pause and think for a moment what ELSE might b in the same area as one’s “groin”. No go back and re-read the sentence you claim is harsh. Harsh? Good grief, it was the dumb kid nearly killed himself. There is something else in the groin area that, when hit assures that individual will EVER reproduce, and it works the same for both sexes (there ARE only two, you know…… just in case yuo had some misconceptions along those lines) See if you are smart enough to figure out what that “somehting else” might be, and HOW it oould lead to a situation where the individual in questiion will NEVER be able to reproduce.

Oh and before I move on to significant things, thanks for providing the occasional comic relief hereabouts.

        • It has a lot to do with the fact that it was an accidental shooting. My take is that he was appendix carrying without a holster, that during the struggle, the trigger was pulled, the bullet penetrated this guy’s groin, and after that hit the officer in the leg. No mens rea, and hard to see anything having to do with the shooting as anything but a misdemeanor. Other aspects are felonies, just not the N.D.

      • Shot a cop when he was a 16-year-old gangbanger? If nobody said it, let *ME* say it, dickhead punk SHOULD BE castrated, and I do not mean chemically, I mean with a blade not necessarily real sharp. But definitely on live TV with stereo sound.

    • Quote: “The article also accuses Williams of being “a gang banger” but gives no proof he actually belongs to any gang. And it is not against the law to associate with people even if they belong to a gang.

The article clearly states that the teen was identified as a member of the Reywey crew a subset of the Crips. Unlike you I have never claimed to be an “expert” when it comes to identifying gang member but I would presume that police officers would be able to identify gang members by either their tattoo’s or the hand signs that were being displayed. It’s also apparent that the shooting was accidental as the teen was struggling with police when the shooting happened.

“As the officers approached the group, the teen – identified as a member of the Reywey Crew, a subset of the Crips – stepped toward a white car and put his hands in his pockets, NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said.”

Officers repeatedly asked him to show his hands, but he refused, leading to the struggle, police said.”

“A 16-year-old gang member was charged with attempted murder on Wednesday night over the shooting of an NYPD cop in the Bronx a night earlier, police said.

The suspect’s gun went off while he was tussling with the officer – identified by sources as Kaseem Pennant, 27 – outside a building at Lorillard Place near East 187th Street in Belmont around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.”

      • Dacian is a troll The real reason is that when the news papers and other media report the good guy v the bad guy, they don’t usually cite the race of the good guy.

    • But the percentage who actually make any money off rapping is very low. Same for football and basketball players.

Better off getting an education or learning a trade. Plumbers and electricians make very good money.

  8. Come on, it’s not like he intentionally ricocheted a cap off his nuts to shoot the cop. If he did, he is one bad ass mofo!

      • Any reliance on claims of “accident” went away when he refused to remove his hands from his pockets when ordered by police, assuming he knew they were police.

  9. This is the way the people of New York want it. They vote for this in every election. They got what they wanted, maybe they deserve better, but “deserve” has got nothing to do with it.

  10. Why would you wish him to have shot his junk off? We have no way of even knowing who the bad guys in this situation actually were. I highly doubt he intentionally shot himself just to shoot the cop too. The fudd bootlicker is strong on this one. Anyone that supports the NYPD is no friend of freedom. They’ll throw your blue backing ass in prison should you accidentally forget and leave nothing more than a plain G19 magazine in your car and drive to NYC

    • That claim is pure BS, I have driven through NYC several times with a loaded gun close at hand, nobody has ever bothered me.

      • LarryinTX You were lucky. If you had been stopped for a traffic infraction and the officer became suspicious by your reactions to the encounter, he would have been able to develop probable cause to search your vehicle.

Under NYS Law when traveling through, NYC, you are required to have the gun locked up in either your trunk or glove compartment UNLOADED with the ammunition in a separate location also secured.

I have a NYS Permit to carry and by law to carry in NYC I would have to get an ‘endorsement’ on my permit from the Police Commissioner. Needless to say, I do not go to NYC except in rare instances. The last time I was there, the pistol was left at home secured in my safe.

  11. I guess that New York City Prostitutors were not concerned that this 16 yo was unlawfully carrying a handgun tucked in his BVD’s and that he injured himself and a nearby officer whilst playfully frolicking with NYPD (pretty sure they were rehearsing a scene from his soon-to-be released video). Hopefully they returned his (prop?) firearm to him after making bail? After all it’s tough on the streets for aspiring rappers…never know when a crazed gang member fanboi will run up and start stuff.

    • “this 16 yo was unlawfully carrying a handgun“

You are right, he should get exactly the same punishment as 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse did for unlawfully straw man purchasing a firearm and carrying it on the street.

Hey wait a minute, I thought all you RKBA constitution fanbois claim no one needs a permit to carry a gun… Why the double standard?

      This is too easy, hilarious.

      • Miner49er. You have been spouting this nonsense now for sometime. I have pointed out to you that in fact he did not violate any laws in Wisconsin. You should be punished for continuing this lie!

  12. Might have to change his name from “C blu” to “He Blu” as in “He blew his C. clean off”

  13. So Camron Williams will have some money for the wounded Officer and his attorney to pursue in civil court, nice.

  14. NY bail law is unusual in that it doesn’t allow judges to take into account the risk to the community. That’s not some new progressive bail reform thing, it’s been like that for a long time.

I’m making a new style music genre, country mixed with rap.
I call it Crap, and I’m a professional crapper.
