Whether an order is placed online or over the phone, there is now an automated return system through our online store. To make a return, visit this link, enter in your return information, and we’ll take it from there.

If you are active duty or retired law enforcement, military, or emergency responder, we would like to say ‘thank you’ with an everyday 10% discount on all orders placed through BlueForceGear.com or over the phone through a customer service representative. When creating your account, select that you are “Mil/LE” to have that discount applied to your account. With this discount, you’ll see regular prices crossed out, with the discount price next to it.
