This corrections officer from Washington State says this is his “brunch carry.” I couldn’t help but notice his gear is staged on a tree stump and his Treehut watch has a wooden band. There’s an Evergreen State joke in there somewhere.

His GLOCK 43 – yes, another GLOCK 43 – is carried in a CYA Supply Company holster. CYA is owned by a prior-service Marine who employs veterans from other branches of the military to make his American-made holsters. Their holsters come with lifetime warranties, which is cool. What’s your favorite holster company?

  3. Have used many many holsters over the years, tried a CYA Supply holster just about 4 months ago and am very impressed. Fit and finish is the best I’ve ever tried in a Kydex/Boltaron holster.

  4. I just don’t get the G43 over the G26. I held them side by side, and there was not enough difference to make a difference. Bought the M&P shield performance shop. Seemed slimmer than the 26, and I am a glock fanboy. It will be my wife’s carry piece. I’ll stick with the 26, and a 17 round spare mag, or any 9mm glock mag
