The DNR doesn't have the regulatory power to ban sales.
Dang it. There's that stupid state constitution and powers relegated by it to the state legislature getting in the way again.
Now, if the DNR could just ban people from planting large plots of standing corn on land they own.
Now THAT would be some power to have……uh….uh…..uh…..I mean that would allow the DNR to better safeguard the Michigan deer herd against the ravages of Chroic Wasting Disease, which has reached the epidemic proportions of one case in one penned deer.
