Notice the purse, I think that part you mentioned is missing. Those parts aren’t there, but femoral arteries are…not a fan of appendix carry in any case. I’m no fan of appendix carry with a striker-fired gun with one in the pipe. To me, it’s far to risky considering the blood supply in that region.
