If you watch “ Active Self Protection” on you tube, it seems like everyone in Brazil is either a robber or an off duty cop!
His videos show lots of criminals getting shot by off duty Brazilian cops who are carrying babies, groceries or just in line at the ATM.
One lady cop sets up a counter ambush for some carjackers and chases them while carrying her purse!
