An auto knife? Must live in a state with nice knife laws or be a scofflaw himself…
Nearly the entire United States allows OTF knives. Less than a dozen ban them.
That’s simply not true.
15 states ban the ownership of an automatic knife outright. 16 states ban OC of an automatic knife and 27 states ban concealing one. Without the aftermarket pocket clip the Mini Infidel is concealed.
With a pocket clip, in many states it’s still considered concealed because the vast majority of the knife is in your pocket.

Do not advise to carry a normal weight trigger with a holster system (here, a clip) that does not protect the trigger.
Yeah, that seems like a bad decision to me. Unless there’s a manual safety on the other side (I think that’s an option on the Shield…I know it is on the M&P), but even then I wouldn’t do it myself.
A Springfield, with its grip safety, is probably the best defensive handgun to use that kind of clip with. But I still wouldn’t do it, cause I’m paranoid. And there are plenty of minimal holstering options that actually cover the trigger.

I’ve noticed a surprising number of Field Notes notepads in the Pocket Dump of the Day recently. These are made and sold by a well-known designer named Aaron Draplin. What you all need to know is that Draplin is extremely anti-Second Amendment. I’m a designer in NC and attended one of his presentations last year. When he wasn’t talking design was praising Obama and making cheap shots at the NRA and gun owners. I just think you guys need to know who you’re supporting. His notepads are nothing special and the the ones I’ve seen aren’t even well made. Please take your business elsewhere. He thinks all of you are slack-jawed rednecks.
