Whoever this is, he’s is in the US Army and writes that this is, “Some of the gear I carry on duty. Defense, utilitarian, survival, and a paracord bracelet loaded with over 20 survival/tactical supplies. Available at superessestraps.com” Sure, it may be a thinly veiled commercial, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t good choices. See all of it at Everyday Carry . . .

  1. The bracelet is cool. I’ve seen it before. Way, way way overpriced at $198 considering that you can make it at your house for next to nothing but cool none the less.

    • I always carry a survival fishing kit when I’m at work. i just never know when a flood or hunger pangs will force me away from my desk. When you need a trout, you need a trout.

Seriously, gotta call BS on that one.

  2. I have yet to find a good holster that fits a gun mounted light very well. My middle of the night pistol wears an X300, but it’s a nightstand gun and as such doesn’t really need a holster.

  3. Because I don’t get inundundated with enough commercial advertisement elsewhere. Does Everyday Carry pay you for this feature?

There’s so much “sponsored content” on this site, you have to wonder, if the time came to write an unflattering article about DeSantis, Blue Force Gear, Springfield Armory, or Everyday Carry, would TTAG tell “the truth?”
