Mack Welsh describes himself as a county employee. We don’t know which county, but any county that let’s you carry a gun at work is OK by us. In this case, a Taurus PT111 G2. And we can’t argue with his choice of knives. Check out the particulars on the rest of his everyday carry gear at everydaycarry.com
I’ll give him props for carrying the PT111 G2 since I have one myself. It’s a good intermediate piece, narrow, more ammo than a single stack, not as big as a full size. I like the external safety, which I think is good with the light trigger take-up.
That’s a lot of knives, though.
That’s not a knife . . . .
And neither is that. Or that.
Alright-cheap good gun. MY next gun(probably). Maybe he NEEDS all those knives.
3-ish knives (counting the Gerber, which has a knife as one of its tools), 3-ish multi-tools (2 on the keychain, it seems), 2 pens; this guy definitely believes in the 2-is-1, 1-is-none philosophy.
At least he has a wallet. (But only one; apparently redundancy only goes so far)

If I’m carrying sizable amounts of cash I’ve been known to separate it from my wallet and have it stashed elsewhere else on my body…
