I took a ton of pictures at SHOT Show this year. More than last year, even. Last year I put 1,784 images on my SD card, but this year I went over 2,200 clicks of the shutter. While looking through those images today and trying to see what news stories I haven’t posted yet, I found that there are quite a few that I personally enjoyed on an aesthetic level, basically qualifying as gun porn. So I figured I would gather those images up, and post them in one big gallery for you all to enjoy.

  1. After looking at all of these, all I have to say is two things, the first is, I hate you, the second; I wish I could have gone…

  2. Great job guys, a few more shameless booth babe poses would have been a nice addition though, Randy

  3. I know it was a lot of “hard” work for all of you, so thanx for all the effort put into presenting everything from the show. All of us, who couldn’t attend, certainly appreciate it.

  4. You bastard; there was an M1A manufacturer with co-witnessed sturdy-railed receiver (amongst other things) which you took three shots of but we didn’t get an article? From the “SA” I’m guessing it’s a Springfield something.

The M1A/M14 is the aesthetically best-looking of guns to me.

On that note, I wouldn’t mind a booth-babe montage post, as suggested above, either.

    • Thirded! Do want!

M1A is probably my favorite rifle platform, I have no idea why. I love the AR, love the Garand, love the SCAR, several others I have shouldered; but seating a classic body M1A into the sweet spot and laying down some 7.62 is always a special experience for me. Feels good man.
