OK, so they’re not really calling this the Winter Combat model. Heizer’s actually calling the albino version of their soon-to-be-released (fingers crossed!) double-barreled pocket gun the Hedy Jane. They’ve obviously decided that pink guns aren’t the only way to reach the female gun buyer. Like the other DoubleTaps, the HJ will be offered in your favorite combination of .45 or 9mm, titanium or aluminum, ported or not. Specs, including MSRPs, after the jump:

Caliber:           9mm/.45 ACP
Weight:           14 ounces titanium/12 ounces aluminum
Width:             .665 inches
Length:            5.5 inches
Height:            3.9 inches
Barrel:             3.0 inches stainless steel
Frame:             Titanium or Aluminum
Finish:              white Cerakote™
MSRP:              $729.00 non-ported Titanium
$799.00 ported Titanium
$499.00 non-ported Aluminum
$569.00 ported Aluminum

  1. Wonder why they felt the need to list the planet of manufacture next to the city and country?

    • The company or designer is originally associated with NASA or space industry in general. = Tongue in Cheek reference.

      • It may also be commentary on the federal law surrounding the requirement to put that information on there in the first place.

  2. OMFG,

$800. for a mouse gun with two bullets!

How much you want to bet that when you fire that 45. it leaves your hand black & blue from the kick!

I wonder just how many stupid people with $800 will buy one of these abominations?

I bet next they will release it in neon-green and call it the “zombie-mouse”

    • You know, if you have a pet cemetary in your area… you are going to need a zombie gun of some caliber. I can see this gun being easier to conceal and carry when I am out running. Of course, it is useless unless I load it with Hornady Zombie Z Max ammo.

      • The only difference between zmax and critical defense is the color of the polymer insert (green for zmax, red for CD), and the brass (CD is nickel plated, zmax is not). That’s it. For all practical purposes, it’s CD.

  3. $800…….Buy a LC9, S&W 9 Shield, CW9, PM9 or any other gun. All are better and cheaper…

  4. Perfect for the weight conscious Imperial Stormtrooper.
And two rounds- just the right number for when you DO find the droids you’re looking for!
