When Congress authorized $80 billion this year to beef up Internal Revenue Service enforcement and staffing, Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy invoked the language of war to warn that “Democrats’ new army of 87,000 IRS agents will be coming for you.”

A video quickly went viral racking up millions of views, purporting to show a bunch of clumsy bureaucrats receiving firearms training, prompting alarm that the IRS would be engaged in military-style raids of ordinary taxpayers. The GOP claims were widely attacked as exaggerations – since the video, though from the IRS, didn’t show official agent training – but the criticism has shed light on a growing trend: the rapid arming of the federal government.

A report issued last year by the watchdog group Open The Books, “The Militarization of The U.S. Executive Agencies,” found that more than 200,000 federal bureaucrats now have been granted the authority to carry guns and make arrests – more than the 186,000 Americans serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. “One hundred three executive agencies outside of the Department of Defense spent $2.7 billion on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment between fiscal years 2006 and 2019 (inflation adjusted),” notes the report. “Nearly $1 billion ($944.9 million) was spent between fiscal years 2015 and 2019 alone.”

The watchdog reports that the Department of Health and Human Services has 1,300 guns including one shotgun, five submachine guns, and 189 automatic firearms. NASA has its own fully outfitted SWAT team, with all the attendant weaponry, including armored vehicles, submachine guns, and breeching shotguns. The Environmental Protection Agency has purchased drones, GPS trackers, radar equipment, and night vision goggles, in addition to stockpiling firearms.

A 2018 Government Accountability Office report noted that the IRS had 4,487 guns and 5,062,006 rounds of ammunition in inventory at the end of 2017  – before the enforcement funding boost this year. The IRS did not respond to requests for information, though the IRS’ Criminal Investigation division does put out an annual report detailing basic information such as how many warrants the agency is executing in a given year.

Yet more than a hundred executive agencies have armed investigators, and there doesn’t appear to be any independent authority actively monitoring or tracking the use of force across the federal government.

When asked about the need for such lethal materiel, agency officials typically speak only in general terms about security concerns. Agencies contacted by RealClearInvestigations from HHS to EPA declined to provide, or said they did not have, comprehensive statistics on how often their firearms are used, or details on how they conduct armed operations.

“I would be amazed if that data exists in any way,” said Trevor Burrus, a research fellow in constitutional and criminal law at the libertarian CATO Institute. “Over the years of working on this, it’s quite shocking how much they try to not have their stuff tracked on any level.”

  1. Wonder how many guns the department of education has ? none to protect children though.

    • One of my good friends is a dual-sworn LEO, both for a local County department and a Federal agency. He recently showed me the gear he carries with him in his personal vehicle (in locked, hidden compartments, of course). Full web, ballistic, and comms gear, exactly like a military operator. An M4 and an MP5, both select fire. Multiple handguns. Enough ammo to take on a garrison. Crash entry gear. And on and on…

He showed me a photo of him fully geared up just before an assignment. He (and those with him) looked like they were about to go hunting for the Predator. Just needed a minigun to complete the package.

What does he do? Local busts, but the dept/agency want to ensure their employees always have the option of meeting any encounter with superior force, to the max if necessary.

Officer Friendly is a bygone concept in 2022.

      • You’re right Nancy Pelosi, no one needs this military style equipment and weapons of war, they should be banned.

      • I was friends with a postal inspector in the 90s that carried enough gear for 3 guys in his “company” crown vic. said never knew what kind of nuts he’d be dealing with. he was divorced and drank alot.

  2. Actually, NASA has been know to protect the KSC launch area very religiously. Besides dealing with nuclear materials for powering the satellites, preventing unwanted intrusion, and other security duties. Plus, they can shot very well.

    • Yeah, NASA is one of the few organizations on this list that can actually justify its need for weapons and personnel.

Now only if they would arm the astronauts too. Because hey, you never know.

    • “nuclear materials for powering the satellites“

Yep, almost every satellite is now powered by a radioisotope (usually plutonium) power generation system, even the rovers on Mars.

        • *vicious snicker did ensue*

However, he doesn’t even know the proper term. RTG for short, Radioisotope Thermal Generator.

Also why the tree huggers drive the waaahm-bulance and cry at each and every launch.

    • A heavy security presence at NASA makes sense. I don’t think they’ll be conducting raids on citizens anytime soon.

      • Oh yeah? I remember a documentary from 2002 where they tracked down a fugitive to a suburban townhome and not only took the fugitive into custody, but also kidnapped one of the home’s residents, a young boy named Elliott….

        • Elián not Elliott…Elliott was the kid in E.T.

Federal agency acting under orders, derived from the Immigration statutes regarding family repatriation, separated the child (6 yo) from relatives in the US (his mother died in the crossing from Cuba to USA) to repatriate the child with his biological father who was still a Cuban resident and national. Essentially it was a really nasty international child custody fight.

Would he have been better off in the US…probably. However, we will never know.

        • I remember that Spielberg documentary. Didn’t a series of interagency snafus result in the subject of the investigation escaping and seemingly falling off the face of the Earth?

        • oops, I actually WAS referring to the Spielberg “documentary”, but it was actually from 1982.
Also, as pointed out by OG in M, life often imitates art !!

      • “I don’t think they’ll be conducting raids on citizens anytime soon”

I imagine they would act pretty fast if they discovered that a NASA employee who had lost his job had taken nuclear materials and/or TS/SCI materials home and wouldn’t give them back.

        • “That is specifically in the FBI domain, not NASA.“

Yes, of course you’re right. That’s why the FBI executed the search warrant on Donald Trump’s golf resort to retrieve the stolen national defense documents.

        • No reply button to your FBI comment, so here mine!!!!

Shows your hypocracy, FBI/DOJ refused to carry out raids on BUSH SR, BILL CLINTON,BUSH JR, and OBAMA when it was requested for taking “CLASSIFIED INFORMATION” and not securing them in a secure location..

Proves the FBI/DOJ are now corrupt to the top!!!!

  3. “One hundred three executive agencies outside of the Department of Defense spent $2.7 billion on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment between fiscal years 2006 and 2019 (inflation adjusted),”

So an average of about $207 million per year.

“Updated September, 2018 – The 2019 Defense Budget has been approved by Congress and signed by President Trump in record speed with a 2.6 percent pay increase and a $716 billion national defense budget“

US defense budget of $716 billion versus .2 billion…

    0.028%

    • The US defense budget is a budget for a global security system for a defense force that has to maintain logistics 24/7 around the world and is the only military with the ability to do so, while simultaneously providing the only security in Europe and Asia from Russia and China, and running operations in the Middle East and Africa.

Why does that matter? Because you can’t compare the two. And further that’s why we can’t just “cut a little defense spending” to pay for your liberal dreams. Do that and you’ll have 12 Ukraine like ware break out globally. Bitch about defense spending and global police all you want but it’s true. The world economy is dependent on the US military to function.

      • “The US defense budget is a budget for a global security system“

        Yeah, that’s the ticket!

From those wonderful people who brought you the epic mini series ‘The Banana Wars’ and the dramatic Moro Crater Massacre’, it’s…

        ‘Team America: World Police‘

Already showing in 80 nations worldwide, your tax dollars at work!

        • And so how do you expect the world not to break out into multiple wars then?

You can’t have your cake and eat it too here. Either you have a massive American global military presence and stability or you don’t. Even now with Ukraine the situation is stable compared to what it would be without the heavy US presence. So either your in favor of isolationism and us turning a blind eye to global war abs holocaust or you must deal with what comes with a global military.

        • “Either you have a massive American global military presence and stability or you don’t“

          Stability for who?

Perhaps we may avail ourselves of the wisdom of a great American who has been intimately associated with America’s “global military presence”.

“I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.“

-Major General Smedley Butler, USMC-Ret, one of the two Marines who received two Medals of Honor for separate acts of outstanding heroism.
General Butler served two terms as Commanding General of the Marine Barracks, Quantico, Virginia.

Interesting fact about Appalachian coal miner Smedley Butler, Major General Butler enlisted the first bulldog, King Bulwark – later renamed Jiggs – for official Marine duties in 1922, where Jiggs was enlisted during a formal ceremony in October.

        • You didn’t answer my question. You simply deflected. Also, since you are a noted leftist, I’m quite surprised you’ve endorsed the words of a man your side has claimed to be an overt racist and fascist.

I’ll say again, in a different way, mr big time liberal. Do you think we should abandon Ukraine and focus on things here at home? Because *your side* will call you a Russia collusion loving traitor for endorsing isolationism.

You *cant * have your cake and eat it too. You are quite the amateur when it comes to politics.

        • Furthermore miner, you’re embracing the words of a genuine hero of what your side calls the “far right conspiracy theorists” and embracing his words mean you agree with the far right assertion that “war is a racket” and that the multiple wars the US has fought since the Mexican war were indeed created by the US government on behalf of Jewish bankers.

        • MINOR Miner49er. I have bad news for you, sonny. It wasn’t US Marines involved in the so called Moro Crater Massacre. It was the US Army. You might want to get your head out of your posterior and NOT accuse Marines of this alleged massacre.
Here is a HINT for you, the US military’s job is to secure US interest. not those of your poor “downtrodden” who were waging a war against US forces in the Philippines. Raise a gun to a soldier or a Marine and you are taking your own life in your hands.
I have further news for you, Gen Butler was a man. you’re just a mouse in human form. I don’t give a rat’s behind what part of the US he was from. He was a hero. Learn to respect your elders if you can’t respect your betters.

      • HawrgWarsh. If WE weren’t so busy minding every other country’s and major corporation’s bidniss we’d not be so occupied also playing world’s beat cops. The Ukraine war was triggered BECAUSE we meddled so much in their politics.. from the coup WE staged in 2013 which unseated a popularly elected president, to the biolab stations out in the Donbas region, and stirring the pot continually to elnarge the operational area of NATO to the very borders of Russia, we’d not have to worry about folks in “other places” wanting to get payback. WE triggered the so-called Ukraine war because we “wanted” to taunt and pressure Russia into taking action. Sorta like the guys with the red marks from the other side of town approaching OUR side of town to “see what they can stir up”, and we’d just stand there and watch them? Nope. We’d take SOME sort of action to protect, retaliate, defend against them, whatever. but if WE had not send smaller raiding parties accross town to harrass them and invade their turf, yes on the sly but that did not fool THEM, they’d not be threatening firing our operatioins centre back on OUR turf. Don’t forget, ALL of the areas that recently voted to rejoin Russia and LEAVE Ukraine have been part of Russia for at least a century, but were ripped away mid last century or so. Cultiuralym language-wise, religion, culture, are ALL Russian. So they’ve now voted TWICE to secede from the Ukraine and most then to join Russia.
Scamming? Sure…. on the part of Ukraine’s current string-pullers.
If Putin really wanted to just trash Ukraine’ he’d not have held back so carefully as he worked to regain the lost territory. That;s also why they used minimal force s they advanced…. they wanted something left for the current occupants to live on. Thus he did NOT order the entire cisy of Kiev to be levelled. Which theyt easily coluld have done.

        • Pure unadulterated HOGWASH. We are preserving our own national interests.
Seems you are now touting Putin’s rhetoric about those “areas that voted to rejoin Russia.” FACT: They were never part of Russia.
Time for you to go back to Russia and serve your “motherland” and Putin.

    • National Defense vs Collection of Taxes? You’re joking, right? Won’t even get into the cost of running planes, ships, and all of the hardware that goes into that…versus what–cars? Please at least *attempt* some mental rigor before shooting off your random thoughts.

And the Marine Corps is BY FAR the smallest organization within the Armed Forces…and gets their tiny cut of the budget from the Navy.
      https://www.airandspaceforces.com/article/2020-usaf-ussf-almanac-spending/

    • Miner,
You’re also comparing a specific expense group vs. the entire defense budget. Apples and oranges and irrelevant.

    • minor49IQ…You are the typical disgusting democRat who assumes no one would notice you comparing apples to oranges.

    • MajorStupidity,

Only an absolute, brainless @$$clown, such as yourself, could possibly think that that reeking pile of non sequitur you just posted was relevant to anything other than your increasingly virulent, TDS-inspired mental degradation.

The ENTIRE PURPOSE of the DoD is to “kill people and break shit”. We have your idiot Antifa/BurnLootMurder scumbags (the ones that don’t outright argue for tha abolishment of the police) arguing that cops don’t need guns, and that non-violent alternatives should be the rule.

NOW, you pathetic, hypocritical @$$clown, you are arguing (apparently – as usual, your “logic” is opaque, at best) that it’s “no big deal” that the federal Dept of Education has its own SWAT team, and then contemporaneously arguing that the people we hire to PROTECT US FROM FOREIGN INVASION don’t need “all those guns”.

You are literally too f***ing stupid to insult.

      • MinorIQ is a living example of “Doublethink”.

MinorIQ firmly believes in the benevolence of “The Party” and the guiding hand of “Big Brother”.

        “War is Peace”
        “Freedom is Slavery”
        “Ignorance is Strength”

    • MINOR Miner49er. Seem the Dept of Defense has a legitimate reason to have as many firearms as they do. The FBI, sure. The IRS? And a host of other bureaucracies? Not so much.

    • That doesn’t matter when the agencies pick off one at a time. It took the commies a century to get to this point. They’re playing the long game.

      • there are far more of us than there are of them. further, THEY are far more easily identified then are we. They wear uniforms, thus, unless they are swapping them about at will, it is easy to know who THEY are. Random dood wearing a Come and Take Them tee shirt? Not quite so much.

        • So you admit to being a Communist? You are identifiable by your rhetoric. Go back to Russia and serve your “motherland” and Putin.

  4. Federal employees who are issued firearms are allowed to carry on commercial airlines. All of the animals were equal, but some were more equal than the others.

    • Sworn Federal (and state/local) law enforcement who have completed the requisite training are allowed to carry on commercial airlines. Do you actually think you have the right to carry anywhere in the United states? Court houses? The capitol? Whitehouse? Your neighbors house?

      • Without a trace of irony yes. The training isn’t anything too special and at most should be a routine checkbox requirement for permit enhancement.

        • They fall back on the “highly trained professional” excuse when they aren’t telling us how incompetent the police are. Okay, how about letting me take the same test as that desk jockey at the police department. I bet I can pass it.

      • According to Hemingway’s article, Dimmian, many more feds than just “sworn” LEOs have been issued firearms. According to TSA, all are cleared fly commercial heavy. I’d suggest you could look it up, but given your tenuous grasp on reading comprehension, don’t bother.

        • “A report issued last year by the watchdog group Open The Books, “The Militarization of The U.S. Executive Agencies,” found that more than 200,000 federal bureaucrats now have been granted the authority to carry guns and make arrests ”

Anyone with the authority to make arrests and carry firearms are sworn law enforcement dumb fuck. This entire article is the same leftist anti gun propaganda as they use on civilian gun ownership. Labeling things “militarized” and calling them “weapons of war”

      • And, yes, I certainly do have the right to bear anywhere I have a right to be, especially public property but not someone else’s private property. That’s why the Second Amendment is in the Bill of Rights, not the Bill of Privileges.

      • Certainly. Whyever not? NOT ONE of my fourteen thousand seven hundred eighty four firearms has ever gotten up, gone outside, and roamed about until it found a victim.

I’ll push back against your inference that these “new guys” newly armed comprise an YUUUUUGE expansion of federal firepower, and force. IRS agents toting guns now? What are THEY afraid of?

  5. Since the “gun community” doesn’t support machine gun ownership in the general population. They should be very content with only the police, military, and Department of Education, etc, etc, being the only one’s allowed to carry fully automatic weapons in public.

      • It’s not always the democrats. The “machine gun” registry was closed during Saint Reagan’s second term. I believe this drove the cost of full-auto firearms out of the reach of the average person. Also he was behind the push for the GCA of ‘68, because minorities openly bearing arms. Thanks a lot Ronnie.

    • Speak for yourself. I and many others in the un community fully blieve We The People have the 2nd A right to own fully auto weapons. Show me where it says we cannot in the 2nd A.
2A All The Way. Are you a “I believe in the 2nd Amendment , BUT…” kind of gun owner?

  6. HHS “has 1,300 guns including one shotgun, five submachine guns, and 189 automatic firearms.”

Compare this with what the Puppet says you should own. Why the discrepancy?

  7. So do you reckon it will matter if the election doesn’t go their way? Now do you understand all the gun control?

  8. Compare and contrast how Democrat politicians feel about local law enforcement vs. how they feel about armed federal agents. They constantly talk about defunding and disarming the local police. Obama’s DOJ’s main priority was to cripple local law enforcement. How are those consent decrees doing protecting minorities? More are dying because murder is up. “Oops.” Yet they always want to expand and empower the federal agents. How many voters were begging to double the size of the IRS? Why wasn’t that talked about on the campaign trail (basement)? Notice how offended they get when people talk bad about the FBI. The only federal agency they want to defund is Customs and Border Protection. For now, they seem to be content in using that agency to help illegal immigration.

Why would anyone vote for these people? Their promise was to make life better. Life is objectively worse for everyone except for the elite, who will always thrive. What’s the promise now? They usually promise more economic benefits via government spending. Excessive spending with nothing to show for it and heavy-handed restrictions is why we’re in this mess. Government policies made everyone poorer. Then they have the audacity to gaslight you. There’s no plan in place to address these problems. The Inflation Reduction Act was a lie (obviously).

    • For me it really came to they don’t give a damn about illegal aliens even when they are active gang members committing crimes so why should I give a damn about what they try calling illegal guns (assault weapons etc). Out of fucks to give on their arguments especially after seeing how their policies drain our budgets.

    • They vote for Democrats because they believe they will give them legalized marijuana, crystal meth, and Other Drugs. They could care less about the Second Amendment. All they care about is being safe from arrest, when using their favorite drugs to get intoxicated.

      • Agreed!

For G&G check out the stats in Oregon regarding addiction rates and overdoses the past two years since they de-criminalized “personal” amounts of heroin, meth, fentanyl, etc…staggering.

        • That is why the drug legalization crowd wants to eliminate what is considered a crime against private property. They want to enable drug users. By allowing them to steal and commit assault on another person. And allow them to steal money and or valuables in order to use that, to pay for their drugs.

They outted themselves when they wrote and supported prop 47 in California.

      • I know this rubs people the wrong way around here, but that’s why I’m okay with felons not being able to vote for a period of time after getting out of jail. Obviously criminals won’t be voting for the law and order candidate. People vote for self-interest. Any logical person can see where this leads. Restoring voting rights after a clean ten year record out in the real world sounds okay to me.

        • I was going to argue that then when I thought about it parole/probation periods with early release are often within that anyway so add in a petition for early enfranchisement if sentence is completed prior to 10 years after release if they maintain employment and I am good with it.

        • Most violent felons would support a repeal of the Second Amendment. They have never had any problems getting a gun. And they won’t have any problems after the Second Amendment is repealed either.

      • Some? I’d buy that.

Most? They vote for Democrats because every information source to which they pay attention tells them that to do otherwise would be a disaster.

        • Imagine someone that’s busy living their life, going to work everyday, taking care of young children, and occasionally catching the national evening news. Now imagine someone with a little more interest so they also watch a little CNN everyday and/or listen to NPR while they’re commuting. That “news” also convinces you that the opposing view is just propaganda and conspiracy theories. I’m embarrassed to say that used to be me. Like most people, I was never an ideologue, but I could have been considered a left leaning independent. I began paying more attention and noticing things weren’t really how they were being portrayed during Obama’s second term.

Then came the ability to look up source documents on the internet. The “news” is always going to be biased in one way or another. You’re better off looking at the source and drawing your own conclusions. Obviously time is a limiting factor. Most people aren’t going to do that. The good news is that people trust the media less and less every year.

  9. I love when TTAG embraces democrat talking points and labels guns, ammo and gear “military style. The cops aren’t “militarized because they have shotguns, rifles and body armor just like citizens aren’t “militarized because they have shotguns, rifles and body armor.

    • As far as I am concerned the disparity of arms and equipment between gov and citizens is inappropriate and anything available to use on the citizens should be readily available for use by the citizens.

      • With the exception of full auto (which is available to citizen but should be more readily available) everything these cops have is the same as most posters on TTAG.

This article could be a Everytown screed if you replace the cops with citizens.

        • So explosives, tear gas, Leo restricted body armor, armor piercing (rifle and pistol) ammo, secure communication equipment, and unrestricted training are all reasonably accessible legally for most citizens. Honestly I support more being available but this is kinda a low bar starting point.

    • I’ve said this before on TTAG. I’m not concerned about the “militarization” of the police. Historically in this country civilians have always had Superior Firepower to the compared to the police. Including the military. Civilians owned machine guns long before the military had them. And plenty of Civilian massacres have been committed with just pump-action shotguns, revolvers, and bolt-action rifles.
So no. Police do not need military-style weapons. Whatever that means, to kill civilians unnecessarily.

The only thing that protects you from bad cops, is having more and better firearms than they have. The ACLU is worthless.

      • “The only thing that protects you from bad cops, is having more and better firearms than they have“

Really? Then why is it so many bad cops go off to prison when citizens exercise their right to petition the government for redress of grievances?

You conservatives choose violence as the first response to a perceived slight, it will be your undoing.

        • Violence or rather capacity of is the only reason we have such an option available both historically as well as currently.

        • Guns are used millions of times each year to save lives. And the defender never fires a shot. Amazing!!!

          “Parabellum”
(if you want peace, prepare for war)
          Or
As President Regean said you can have peace through strenght.

  10. Anti’s always ask us “why do you need these guns? You planning on killing somebody?”
They never question the gov the same way. I wonder why.

  11. “the IRS had 4,487 guns and 5,062,006 rounds of ammunition in inventory”

See, the leftists were right — there are “supercollectors” out there.

    • “5,062,006 rounds of ammunition in inventory”

My brother and I have more than that stored away.

      🙂

      • .40 cal,

I believe the appropriate line is, “Those are rookie numbers! You gotta bump those numbers up!!”

        (just kidding)

  12. Hell, it won’t matter that much when we get nuked next week. Oh God, Nuclear Zombie IRS Agents 😱😱😱

  13. Recent meme showing well kitted up lady….”The more I learn about the government, the more I love my guns.”

Tee from Warror12.com….”This is the government the Founders warned about”….and should have the tag line….”and why they penned the Second Amendment for us.”

Gun control…..Guns for them, but not for thee. “Tyranny is that which is legal for governments, but which is illegal for citizens.” so saith Tommy…..Tommy Jefferson.

We’ve got enough guns. For the target rich environment ahead, hoard ammo….preferably in the calibers of the government tyrants.

  14. dacian,

If you believe federal “bureaucrat” is synonymous with LEO, then you have no business referring to anyone else as “dumb fuck,” dumb fuck.

    • Oh sorry, I didn’t know you were actually mentally retarded. Since the article labeled someone a “bureaucrat” that must be what they are. Your brain is a steaming pile of dog shit. The federal government only issues weapons to sworn Law enforcement and the military. Border Patrol, Secret Service, FBI, ATTF , DEA, ICE, and any other fed issued a weapon are all law enforcement, there are zero non law enforcement “bureaucrats” issued firearms and arrest authority, you absolute twat. I bet you believe the media when they label an AR15 a “military style assault rifle” too you inbred halfwit fucktard.

      • Spoken like a true jackboot fanboy, dacian. Your sanctimonious, unquestioning faith in government infallibility rivals an innocent child’s belief in Santa and tooth-fairies. “Go home from us in peace. We ask neither your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” Puto.

      • I see you “HATE” local LEO’s but like licking the boots of FED LEO’s!!!!

I’m betting your mad, cause the Gov’t attempts to get the American people to “DEMAND” FEDS to take over LEO duties in all our cities/towns isn’t panning out!!

This is the real “MOTIVE” of “DEFUNDING THE POLICE” is!!!!!

And you will be one of the “VOLUNTEERS” helping round up your fellow citizens and will be facing a NUREMBERG trial for you supporting and “JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS”, if you survive the “PURGE”!!!

      • since when are posties, and IRS tax agents, “police”?

But the ones that ARE real police, those down on the southern border, are not well enough armed for them to DO their assigned job, one of the few jobs mentioned here that is specifically assigned FedGov.. repelling foreign invaders.

  15. I believe since Obama the traitor took office that the politicians, hungry for power and control, have been simply stocking up on weapons and ammunition because they plan and hope that federal agents will do what ever they ask of them including most importantly to protect them if the United States government falls and our society breaks down into some sort of Mad Max universe or more like “The Walking Dead” meets “Red Dawn” scenario.

They coddle rapists, murders and child abusers while trying to fine or prosecute victims or people who defend themselves from looters, rioters or criminals. And they’re working very hard to track the sales of firearms and ammunition while creating law to ban firearms. And by making huge government purchases of ammunition, they create a shortage and limit the supply available to gun shops and dealers thus making it harder for us to purchase any.

It’s only logical to think that politicians are stockpiling everything and not buying it themselves, but using the excuse that the government needs supplies. I also would not doubt they’re stocking their own homes and shelters with food from public companies or stores from FEMA or ordering military MRE’s. To keep their supplies and themselves safe they are arming federal agents.

First they cried to defund the police, but that was aimed at local police such as city or town police departments who were fighting against BLM and ANTIFA. Now they’re sending federal agents to aggressively if not violently bust into the homes of non-violent citizens and stick guns in their faces. There is no civility in the behavior of federal agents and the Democrats are okay with them being rough or tough on citizens, but they cry outrage if a city cop shoots a violent and armed punk. They’re political tools of enforcement.

The current Democrats are socialists desiring a single party government which translates into a dictatorship where like China, a bunch of fat lazy egotistical “elites” rule over the rest of us all for wealth and luxury and the ego feeding position of controlling others. They speak of Democracy, but then keep talking about “taking control” of The House and other parts of the government. They don’t want balance, but total control if they can achieve it.

Which is it? Democracy and equality for all or just the “oppressed”? There seems to be little justice for Conservatives or non-minorities. They provided weapons to the Taliban, the most violent people in the world, but Americans can’t own firearms for defense. They imply that We regular citizens can’t handle them, but then they supply full-auto weapons to agencies like the US Postal Service. How many guns does one agent require to make an arrest along with other agents in numbers that are 5 times that of the people they go to arrest.

If we buy a few hundred rounds of ammo, Obama would regard us as domestic terrorists. The government buys 10 times the amount of guns and ammo as people and they claim it’s for national security, but these agencies can use their weapons on us as well. And none of them will ever fight terrorists or a foreign enemy.
