Its much simpler than this, really. All you really have to do is take a 40- year old Remington 740 autoloader, paint it black and insert an aftermarket 20-round magazine. With this simple act, you have transformed a 40 year-old classic hunting rifle into an “evil, socially unacceptable weapon of mass murder.”
