Doh! I forgot to fix the text, and I don’t want to rewrite it (I’m on my phone), so note this:
The initial reports had the bullet coming from a homemade gun range on a nearby property, but within a couple hours, the cops figured out it didn’t come from there, but from a different property in a different direction.
Still a crappy, sad situation.
Sad story but I’m glad it didn’t come from the range. I live in FL and I shoot at a backyard range out in the boonies. We had a bunch of dirt hauled in and created a pretty massive berm.

This is bad stuff. While I don’t take responsibility for things othe people do because it’s unrealistic for us all to be accountable for every gun owner, it’s still not a good thing to have so many example of irresponsibility all coming on top of each other in a short period of time.
