Lancer Magazines is here at NDIA pimping their new “Advanced Warfighter” magazines. Like their older L5 translucent magazines, these are polymer body magazines for the AR-15 platform. The biggest improvements are the larger metal feed lips, which now wrap all the way around the magazine and extend down top the top of the magazine catch. This is intended to add some durability to the magazines and makes seating them a little easier. These magazines were introduced at SHOT, but looked good enough for me to mention again. The best part? The guy at the booth practically shoved four of these things in my bag the second I said I was with TTAG. Expect some hands-on reviews and comparisons as soon as I get home.
I have not had any issues with the regular Lancers that I own. I’m sure that V2.0 will be even better.
It’ll be hard to improve on the old version. If they manage it, I’ll be impressed. They sure look nice, anyway.

I say to you, I certainly get irked at the same time as other folks consider issues that they just do not recognize about.
