Just the other day my HVAC guy [not shown] went to put my credit card through Square. “Nope,” I said. “I’ll write you a check.” When I told the cool(ing) dude that Square wasn’t firearms-friendly the Texan gun owner asked for an alternative. I’ll email him this link. “Kelly McMillan of McMillan Group International launches McMillan Merchant Solutions [MMS] credit card processing,” dailycaller.com reveals in full-on press release mode. “The company is the only credit card processing company developed by the firearms industry for the firearms industry. McMillan Merchant Solutions guarantees the best possible rates, a complete product line, excellent customer service, and personalized solutions, regardless of volume.” Let’s hope so. It’s revenge served luke-warm; Bank of America unceremoniously dumped Mr. MacMillan’s mob back in April 2012. MMS promises to donate an unspecified percentage of CC fees to unspecified firearms and outdoor associations. One wonders if Big Mac’s gonna issue a credit card . . .
and I would gladly sign up for said credit card
…same
I have been thinking of a credit card to work on my credit. I do not like credit cards but I will be interested in this one.
As long as you are responsible, a credit card is the best way to pay for things. Complete protection against fraud and bad merchants. No fees to pay (if you get a good company), and no interest as long as you pay it off on time. Some places will give you cashback or other perks when you use it.
That’d be a dangerous thing in my hands. Possibly more dangerous than the rifle it purchased.
Excellent. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Maybe it is time to order my .280 McMillan custom….
….and I’d love to put the down payment on a McM credit card.
Well my credit sucks too much for a regular credit card but is too high for a secured card. That sucks.
my verbatim reaction “f-k yeah.”
Trying to squeeze every last BTU out of the ol’ AC huh?
Blatant anti-Summertism.
5 rds of .22 for every $100 you spend on your McMillan rewards card?
5 rds of .22 for every $100 you spend on your McMillan rewards card?
I’m on board for that!!!
10-4
Interesting that all the comments so far are completely clueless to what is going on here. McMillan isn’t offering a credit card…….
Yet.
Interesting that you didn’t actually read the full article, and didn’t realize that the folks talking about a credit card were keying off the very last line of the post, and they were doing so because a McMillan credit card is much more fun to think about than a McMillan credit card processing company for most of us.
Credit Card Issuers are often not Acquirers. Totally different sort of business. (in industry speak, MacMillan is becoming a new Acquirer)
It would be like saying you’re looking forward to buying a 1911 made by Lipsey’s.

Off the course of this article, but the Mississippi Supreme Court has advised that the open carry law is Constitutional, and is now law.Be prepared and ready.Keep your powder dry.
Very excited about this! I called and I’m ready to use them! Never used Square, I currently use Authorize.net and First Data. These folks are the real deal!
everything else aside…..Honey WHY IS YOUR FINGER ON THAT TRIGGER
Wow! That took longer than I expected.
Very cool, especially should they choose to go head to head against Squre.
I tossed my Square up, up and away and (of course) missed it with a round of 7.62x25mm, but got it with the second round — cause it was standing still four yards away. :]
I’ll watch this space carefully.
I would have loved to see slow motion footage of a Square vs a 7.62x54R.
Maybe LGD and online stores will stop charging that extra 3% bs charge.
