wday.com reports that the Moorehead, Minnesota City Council is considering an ordinance to ban realistic toy guns. “When a gun looks real, it no longer matters whether the ammunition is dangerous,” the station begins. Huh? I’m sure it matters a great deal to everyone; including friends, family and law enforcement. But wait; there’s Moorehead. I mean more faction (fiction + fact) to follow. “Moorhead City Council is expected to pass a new ordinance banning people from carrying guns like this in the city. It’s hard to tell the difference between these pellet guns and the one on the far left, which is real. Police say it is common for people to use these to commit crimes, meaning they are also considered dangerous.” And no, I’m not making this up.
