Adaptive Tactical shotgun magazine extension tube

When I load up my extended magazine tube-fed Benelli M4, I hear The Fabulous Thunderbirds: “one’s too many and a hundred ain’t enough.” I reckon 7+1 is enough. Especially compared to five. Which is why Adaptive Tactical’s mag extension tubes for Remington, Mossberg and Benelli smooth bores are . . .

a really good idea, and not stupidly expensive. Especially as AT machines the mag tubes from chromoly steel and add a high-compression internal spring and a machined, anodized, hi-viz follower. Press release . . .

The Magazine Extension Tube for 12 Gauge Shotguns allows for additional rounds to be added to a shotgun’s capacity and is available in a 7-Shot and 8-Shot version.

The 7-Shot version adds two more rounds, while the 8-Shot version adds three additional rounds. Machined from chromoly steel with a high-compression internal spring, steel barrel clamp and a machined, anodized follower, the Magazine Extension Tube will provide long-lasting durability.

The 7-Shot version is compatible with the Benelli® Nova pump action shotgun. MSRP $72.99.

  1. its nice that it sticks out past the muzzle too, so you can use it as a “dead thing poker”.

  2. How come no one ever makes a magazine extension tube for Mossberg 500 series?

Who cares if the existing front mount of the magazine tube is welded to the barrel? /end_sarcasm

  3. I’d like to push my 590 to a 14 or 15 round gun, with agulia shorts. The extension sounds good.

  4. Many years ago TBirds performed at Street Scene in downtown San Diego, hella good show.
    11 +1 sounds good for my 590.
Looking for a mag extension for Mberg 18.5″ 835.
Already called Mberg looking for help, got a nope, some sort of engineering concern.
    Would appreciate feed back .
