I know the winner of Top Shot Season Three. Should I go public with it? The downside for TTAG: we’d be blacklisted by the show’s producers and PR people. No post-show interviews with contestants. No more swag. Oh wait. We’re already blacklisted. Even so . . . What do you reckon?

    • +1 I enjoy most of the show, particularly trying to guess which contestant/team will win the various competitions, so please don’t ruin it. Plus all the stuff that was mentioned about ruining an agreement.

  1. Don’t do it. It’s just bad form to spoil movies/tv shows.

I really don’t get the fixation on hating on Top Shot. Is it really so awful that the firearms reality TV is as bad as all of the other reality TV shows? Just ignore it like you do Survivor and go about your day.

  2. I demand more spoilers and girls in corsets. If the other readers cant handle it, then they can ignore the blog post.

  3. Of course you shouldn’t.
As an honorable man, you knew that already.
I like the show, and you.
There is no upside you do such a thing.
With that said, you can e-mail me that Jake doesn’t make it. I promise not to tell anybody,.

  4. I don’t think you ever had any intention of announcing the winner…you just want to come off like a big shot and let people know that you know…you know?

    • Agreed that this is a self fulfilling post letting everyone else know who is in the know…in laymans terms a “dick measuring contest”…is someone overcompensating?

  5. DON’T DO IT!
Some people watch these shows for fun and would not appreciate you spoiling it for them. Personally I would quit reading your blog if you start down that road.

  6. No – It would be petty of TTAG to reveal and therefore it is the wrong thing to do. Remember – two wrongs don’t make a right. The other wrong being TS blacklisted TTAG.

  7. Uh. Since I’m a daily reader of TTAG,didn’t you already do that. Twice. Including a link to weapon blog that had an interview with said winner?

  8. I could care less about Top Shot. I don’t watch it, and wasn’t even aware it existed until I heard about it on this blog.

It’s more fun to spend time at the range than watching TV.
