  1. Doesn’t surprise me, she said she was assaulted before. That tends to make people reevaluate their views on self-defense.

  2. Since when did America become a nation full of pansies that whine about an entertainer performing with a prop gun?

    • When the progressives took over the schools and pumped the current generations full of emotional PC BS.

    • Nope, she has been attacked over and over on her gun props she has been using on stage at her concerts. She has also had a few intruders in the US and in her home in the UK including one home invasion. If you watch the video, she even says that people are ignorant on the issue of guns and people don’t get it.

    • Yeah. Don’t act like schmucks about it. She did you a favor. She did us a favor. Enough with the catty stuff. I said “catty”!!

  3. She has always been outspoken, and doesn’t give one iota what someone thinks about how she feels.I just wish we had more entertainers that felt the way she does.Be prepared and ready.Keep your powder dry.

  4. i like the part right after- pay attention to what your kids are doing.

    i think she looks great.

  5. I have to be honest, I can care less what celebrities think. I honestly never understood why anyone does. Im not sayimg Im better than anyone who listens to these people, its just how I feel. Anyways, is Madonna even relevant anymore?

    • Uh, yeah! Take a look at her tour numbers and dollars. In that she has transcended three decades.

Relevant? ABSOLUTELY. Whether you personally find important or not, millions of her fans, worldwide DO. Whether they are young, old, low information or not, her opinions will carry more weight than most politicians.

Our personal opinions of her personally of professionally really does not enter the discussion. What is important that her support of gun rights is HUGE.

      • Dont get me wrong, I am happy for ANYONE who supports gun rights. I guess its a bonus when it is a celebrity because people around the world know them. I just dont get why people are so obsessed with a celebritys opinions and personal life. Even endorsements, I really dont get thoes. People line up and almost get robbed for a $200 pair of sneakers because a basket ball players name is attatched to them?

    • I’ll be honest…there are lots of things I could care less about.
      I mean…I care about things..so, I guess I can care less.
      If i didn’t care at all, then I suppose that I couldn’t care less, but I do…so, I can.

  6. Smartest thing I have ever heard come from her mouth. I’m actually proud of her for saying it.

  7. I’m not a big fan of her music but she’s got the gun thing right and I commend her for having the moxie to say it out loud. With that attitude, she can be my guest at the range any day.

  8. You can tell that the PC interviewer wants to call Madonna’s gun use into question, but clearly doesn’t have the guts to do so. Madonna works hard, and I repect her opinion on this one. Heck, I even like some of her olde school music.

      • He may be wise to fear her. There was picture of her leaving a “toy store” with her husband in tow with a device known as a “strapon” clearly visible. That should scare anyone except for those who are in to that sort of thing.

  9. Guns have played a major role in her life and at least she acknowledges it, unlike most other celebs. A gun protected her from a psycho stalker when she lived in CA. He was shot in her backyard as he attempted to break into her house.

    • She countered criticism of the guns in her show by saying “the show is like an action movie” (valid enough). And I thought, “Yeah! A GUY RITCHIE movie!”

I really appreciate her speaking out like this. We need every friend we can get. I know she was speaking out for herself, but I still appreciate it.

  10. I think we need to actually come up with an approved/improved method for POTG conversion.

Example 1: An international celebrity entertainer as big as the sky comes out on the right side of liberty.

Promptly POTG slam said entertainer. Don’t stare a gift horse in the mouth.

Example 2: LGBT seems to be wanting to be a part of this group and demonstrate their desire to defend 2A freedoms.

Promptly the POTG go to their websites and start off by saying dumb stuff like “I don’t agree with your personal choices at all, they conflict with what I believe to be moral, but you should be part of us…..”

That isn’t how to garner support from an unlikely ally…

    Don’t do dumb things.

  11. She is originally from Detroit so she has some idea what a bad neighborhood looks like and how it feels to be afraid. Madge isn’t anyone’s role model but to still be performing after 30 shows her mettle.
