Defensive Gun Use

A flooring company crew was installing a hardwood floor inside a second-floor condominium in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in October when a woman who lived downstairs called the police around 8:30 a.m. complaining about the noise they were making. When the police arrived, according to WAVY 10 News, they told the woman they couldn’t stop the men because they weren’t doing anything wrong performing the job at the time they were working.

According to the flooring company owner, the woman returned after police left and told the crew she was going to call somebody else who would do something about the noise. An hour later, a man showed up and began beating up one of the contractors. When the contractor tried putting his attacker in a headlock to defend himself, the man pulled out a gun. At that point, another member of the flooring crew pulled his own firearm, warned the guy to drop his gun, and when he refused, shot him. The crew then called for help and remained on the scene, according to WAVY 10.

“At this point all available evidence indicates the individual who fired the gun was using justified force to defend himself,” the Virginia Beach Police Department said in a statement. “There are no pending criminal charges currently.”

  2. The woman should be in jail for inciting the dead man to commit violence on her behalf, that caused his death. No way she get’s to walk.

      • She was def black. Karen is a racial term btw. That’s like anytime a black person does something annoying calling them a “shaniqua.” Used in a sentence: (a black chick at the store yelling with her gut hanging out and a shower cap/crocs on)“stop being a shaniqua.”

How is it that a grown man would be sufficiently stupid as to, on her mere say so, go and threaten a man with deadly force who was merely doing his job? Seems she has some handle” on the eedjit, good job he got his just reward, now its her turn.

  3. I guess some people don’t understand the difference between pulling the gun in self-defense and starting a fight and pulling a gun would be interpreted as an attack. Gets kind of costly when you have nothing but air between ones ears.

  4. Reminds me of the pathetic whiners who complain about noisy fracture drilling for natural gas. Some companies had to erect costly sound barriers as if the noise was going to be permanent.

    She called the thug and for that she should be held liable.

  5. A classic case of “let’s you and him fight”, she conspired to assault these men, during which someone died. She should be tried for felony murder.

    • A word of wisdom to any young guys reading this. If a woman EVER tries to provoke an altercation between others for her own amusement dump her right then and there and block her number in your phone. She is irredeemable trouble and will ruin your life if you let her stick around.

      The same applies to those who crave drama, good or bad.

  6. Glad one of the crew, at least, ws rmed and ready. I was expecting the text to describe how neof the other radesmen simply brought over his pwered floor nailer and drive a few nails into the attacker’s cranium. Those machines could do that very handily, and anyone who has driven more than a few dozen nails with one of those would easily be able to use it as a lethal tool for a fool.
    Imagine, physically assaulting an innocent man doing his work, and getting “nailed” yourself by one of his co-workers.
    Of course, prior to the creep’s drawing his “equaliser” the attacked one’s two crewmates could easily have overcome him and simply sat on the creep until the law showed up to throw the cuffs on him and give him a chill pill. Oh well. one dirtbag self-cleaning the gene pool.

Truth is if there is a place on this planet where at least two or more humans exist together someone WILL commit an act of incivility, it’s human nature, people have been killing people from the time when they first stood upright… The only real difference between us and them is the weapon of choice, pretty stupid way to kick off the New Year but it’s your life you live it your way…
