Some of you may have noticed that I’ve been kinda MIA for the last few days. Instead of being at my computer diligently churning out new articles I’ve been out training with G4S ITI taking their Competition Pistol II class. During two full days of instruction I fired around 2,000 rounds of ammunition and realized exactly how much I sucked at handgun shooting, and then saw some significant improvement. I’ll have a full review of the course sometime this week, but in the meantime here’s a video of our instructor running the final “stage” of the last day twice as fast as I was able to pull it off.

  1. Nick, which P22x is that in the pic? Looks almost exactly like the P6 sitting on the desk next to me. ‘Cept for the magazine.

    • Sig P226, first handgun I ever bought and still the best.

Probably time to get a replacement, though. As in a new production of that exact model, since this one is from the 80’s.
