You may have read earlier today that Ruger’s shipped gun dealers a supply of their new SR40 .40 caliber semi-automatic pistols. This ahead of the gun’s official unveil (and TTAG’s review) next week. So I headed down to D&L Guns to check it out. Lo and behold, here it is. The big news: the SR40 has the same most excellent 1911-style (almost zero take-up) trigger found on the new SR9c. Oh, and the price. And the actual retail price of the showcase is . . .
