N’s All-American Mil-Spec Mutt AR-15: CMMG lower with Hogue grip, Daniel Defense 5.56 upper with 16 inch M4 profile barrel, Troy Alpha Battle Rail and Bravo Company BCM Gunfighter charging handle, Yankee Hill Phantom flash suppressor, and carbine-length gas system. Magpul furniture includes STR stock, Angled Fore Grip, MBUS Gen 2 back-up sights, Enhanced Trigger Guard, ASAP Sling Adapter, Rail Sling Attachment, and more standard capacity PMAG’s than shown.     • Why? Genuine question. Carbine length makes sense for an SBR, but if you are sticking with a 16″ barrel, I don’t see any reason not to prefer a mid-length.

      • I don’t think the benefits are quite as vast on the mid length system as they are made out to be…

        Carbine and rifle, are my go to lengths.

  1. Can someone explain to me why “enhanced trigger guard” is listed on so many fb pages, forums, etc as a feature worth listing?? I listed a build with a Geissele mk4 rail, sd3g trigger, UBR, etc. and was asked why I didn’t mention the damned trigger guard.
