      • No idea. I don’t watch the show. I just saw the main character kid carrying a stuffed (as in taxidermy stuffed, not plushie stuffed) dog around once.

That dog looks cold though, despite its fur.

    • On an off topic note, I bought a .243 chambered Ruger American today as my meat rifle. Gotta find a scope, sling and ammo for it now.

      • Thanks for the tips. Redfield made a decent budget scope in the day. I’ll look them both up.

        • I just bought a Redfield Revolution 2-7×33 (199$ before some coupon codes) for my AR. I don’t have anything to compare it to, but Redfield is owned/made by Leupold, so I trust that it will perform well.

      • I’m a Leopold man, I think they make the best glass.

The VX1 3×9 can be had for around $200, made in America and a damn good scope.

  1. That is me, yes I am well insulated, and the dog is a 6 year old Labra-doodle (75% standard poodle, 25% lab) according to my paperwork.

    • Sorry you were given a hard time, submitting photos can be more difficult than it seems. Mine is en route. Thanks for your support.

      • I don’t mind when people troll me with rude comments, one of them was actually really funny but it looks like it has been deleted. At least someone is looking out for me 🙂 The cholesterol one is still up haha.

        • Jeff,
Good on ya for submitting a pic.
Come on everyone, “show” some support!

  2. Good pic Jeff, & get busy shoveling snow. No reason we in Wi. should have to bust our ass alone.

  3. Welcome to PURE Michigan! Love this state, yeah it’s cold but we’re proud gun owners and hunters. Come on up sometime! Carry on and Michigan Supports you. I guess you could say, we’re giving you a hand!
