While cruising the booths at SHOT, I stopped by to see the folks at Mile High. As they’ve received a decent amount of money from the friend who loaned me his AI AT, I figured I’d swing by to see what other goodies they might have. Perched on the counter was what I figure might be the most expensive box of things I’ve ever found…
Between the rifle, the SPHUR mount, the Nightforce Scope, and the Atlas bipod, I’d venture to say that there’s at least $7000 worth of “stuff” inside a box that could be mistaken for a thick briefcase. I have no idea who needs to fold up their gun this small, but if you find yourself with that problem, the folks at Mile High can help you fix it.

Probably north of $10,000, considering an AX by itself is north of $6000 and the F1 ATACR is around $3000.
I remember as a little kid, falling in love with guns in brief cases when the Man From U.N.C.L.E. was on TV. And I still love ’em.
The only other style like this I know of is the Nemesis Valkyrie which by the time you get the backpack or hardcase and the optics you are well on the high side of $7k. Still, I want one just because. Got to go get a powerball ticket.
Considering the shorter something is the more expensive it is, that’s a down payment on a house-in-a-box.
Sometimes stuff sells because it is so outlandishly overpriced. Look around the range next time you go. Last time I went 5 guys prob had 10,000 in long guns,handguns,cases,spotting scopes,511 gear,magpul beards 🙂 everything!
Is this thing much more reliable and durable than a Surgeon or a GA?
It may be after you beat, bend cut and disasemble a ga and surgeon to a size that will fit in the case that size.
It was a better kit last year when it had a Proof Research barrel.
